Join Us
We’re building the next generation of enterprise AI knowledge discovery and agent tooling.
Our team brings together brilliant engineers from Silicon Valley startups and European scale-ups, combining deep technical expertise with a passion for innovation. While we work hard and move fast, we believe work should be fun—that’s one of our core principles here at Needle. We are excited to have you join us on this journey.
Our Core Principles
Work hard and be nice
We love being in a pleasant and friendly environment where we do impactful work and grow together as a team.
Never settle, aim higher
When you think this is the best you can, remember that it is not. We strive to push the boundaries and go beyond what is possible.
Be a problem solver, not a problem maker
We regularly make proactive decisions to help each other out and focus on getting results.
Remember to have fun
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy and all play and no work makes Jack a mere toy.
